Becoming a Member
We believe that everyone who is capable of teaching methodologies used in coaching or psychotherapy should be entitled to do so. As soon as you think and feel yourself able to teach and adhere to our codes of conduct, it is easy to become a member.
To become a member of the IACCTT and be allowed to issue IACCTT certificates, you need to submit:
- Proof that you offer professional-grade training in coaching and/or psychotherapy on a regular basis. Include full descriptions of each of your products. This proof may consist of company brochures, your web site or similar material.
- Proof that you have conducted at least 50 seminar days during the last five years. This requirement is, of course, optional for start-ups.
- A short essay (2 pages) about your and your company’s values that drive your training business.
- A short video clip or selection of photographs that show you while “in action,” i. e. during a seminar or similar presentation.
- Two letters of recommendation written by existing IACCTT members.
Applications may be submitted in English and/or German. Be sure to include your full name, credentials, postal address(es), e-mail address(es), web site(s) and, most importantly, phone number(s) as we will call you back or arrange a personal meeting to get to know you better.
Becoming a member is free, so please do not send any money.
